Shipping Policy

Delivery times
Orders placed on working days until 13.00 and provided that the product is available, are generally delivered in 2-3 days in the main cities of Greece.
For other regions, delivery varies accordingly and can take up to 5 working days.
In areas identified as inaccessible by the partner courier company, the delivery time is determined on a case-by-case basis and is estimated to be up to 7 working days.
Deliveries are performed on working days and hours respectively, not valid for holidays and weekends. If you wish the delivery to be made on a Saturday, there will be an extra charge.
For orders with products that may not be available, but on request, we will contact you by phone to inform you about the delivery time of the products.

ESPECIALLY IMPORTANT - ACTIONS REQUIRED UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER!
A thorough check of the condition of the product and its packaging should be carried out upon receipt to identify any problems that may have arisen during transport. In case you find any problem in the packaging, please do not proceed with the receipt of the product, but contact us immediately.
